This Privacy Policy explains how Endicode (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use the Ledger AI mobile application (the “App”). Ledger AI is a business billing and bookkeeping tool that lets you create invoices, quotations, receipts and related documents, manage customers, suppliers and products, and track payments. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App is operated by Endicode. Contact: hammad@endicode.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.
We only collect what is needed to run the App. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
When you sign up or sign in we collect your name, email address, a securely hashed password (email sign-up only — we never see it in plain text), and a unique user ID. You can sign in with email, Google, or Apple. With social sign-in, the provider shares your name and email; we never receive your Google or Apple password.
Information about your customers and suppliers is entered by you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal data of the third parties you add to the App.
We do not access your device contacts, call logs or messages; we do not collect your location; we do not collect the advertising identifier; and we do not integrate crash-reporting or analytics SDKs.

To create and manage your account; store and display your records; generate PDF documents you can print or share; calculate totals, taxes and balances; convert currencies; sync across your devices and keep an offline copy; respond to support requests; and keep the App secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Ledger AI is local-first: a copy of your data is stored on your device so the App works offline, and is securely synced to our cloud when you are online. We use these processors on our behalf:
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access is restricted to your authenticated account.
We do not sell or rent your data. We disclose information only to the service providers above (acting on our instructions), when you choose to share a document, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and service.
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards and our providers’ protections.
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted records are soft-deleted then removed during sync. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may access, correct, delete, export, object to or restrict processing of your data, and withdraw consent. Edit most data directly in the App, or email hammad@endicode.com. You can request account deletion in the App or by email.
Ledger AI is a business tool for users 18 and older. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, authenticated access controls and user-scoped storage. No system is 100% secure; please keep your credentials confidential.
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date, notifying you in the App for material changes.
